This page explains how the CardExpos website handles information and how visitor choices are managed. This information is intended to align with the site’s actual implementation and should be reviewed by the organization and counsel as needed.

Information we collect

The site may collect information submitted through contact, vendor, or email-signup forms. This may include names, email addresses, phone numbers, business details, and messages submitted for event-related requests.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to inquiries, manage event communication, review vendor applications, and send approved event updates when the visitor opts in. We do not use form submissions for unrelated advertising or profiling purposes.

Cookies and consent

The site uses a consent mechanism that allows visitors to choose whether optional analytics, advertising, and functional categories are enabled. Necessary functionality remains available even when optional categories are off.

Visitors can reopen the preference dialog at any time from the footer’s Cookie Preferences link and change their choice.

Third-party tools

Any third-party service used on the site is considered only when necessary for the operation or communication of the event. Optional services are blocked until the visitor grants permission through the consent choice.

The January 30, 2027 venue map, ticket checkout, and vendor application are provided by OnTreasure. Embedded content requires Functional, Analytics, and Advertising consent and is never loaded when Global Privacy Control is enabled. The map may load after consent; checkout and applications require an additional visitor action. OnTreasure's service may process visitor identifiers, IP addresses, location information, cookies, and advertising or referral activity. Information entered into its ticket or vendor-application flows is submitted to OnTreasure and handled under the provider's terms and privacy notice, which describes practices including Meta advertising tools and referral tracking. We have not independently verified payment processing, ticket terms, or provider retention practices.

Withdrawing any required category removes mounted OnTreasure frames and stops future embedded requests; it cannot erase information already received by OnTreasure or clear cookies stored by that provider. External map, ticket, and application links open OnTreasure separately, where its policies apply independently of your choices on CardExpos.
